These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Morpher website. By visiting the Morpher website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order via our website www.morpherhelmet.com you are offering to purchase a product or products on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Morpher retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such change.

A contract between us for the purchase of the product or products will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us.

RETURNS

 

You can return your order within 30 days after delivery if there is a functional failure or a material fault in manufacture or workmanship. The order must be returned to us in its original condition accompanied by the original invoice and packaging materials. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.  You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Morpher. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card, within 30-days of the return of the product.

Note that additional duties and/or taxes and shipping charges will not be refunded.

AVAILABILITY AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.

Morpher has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible.

GOVERNED LAW

Morpher Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

DELIVERY

Orders will be despatch in accordance with your requested method if at all possible. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. Morpher strongly advises against deliveries to be made to hotels or third party couriers.  Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client. 

LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to persons or property, lost income, economic losses and third parties claims.

FINALISATION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of products in this online site does not represent a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the button ‘Buy’ / ‘Order and Pay’, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping basket.
